What have you tried?

Download the Original Drivers Package from here: -

http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/preinstalled/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=PCV-RX403N

Right-click on the downloaded .ZIP file and choose "Extract All". Choose to extract to a folder you can find like C:\Drivers

The Yamaha audio driver does not have a Setup.EXE - so you will need to install it from within Device Manager.

1. Right-click on the Yamaha Audio Device and choose "Update Driver"

2. No Not This Time

3. Instal manually from a list or a specific location (Advanced)

4. Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install

5. Choose "Have Disc" and browse to the folder with the downloaded driver in it.

6. Browse to the YAWS21.INF file and choose OPEN

hi all

I have the same problem mentioned above, so I took the advised steps

and the it didn't work out it came out with an error like this... This device cannot start. (Code 10)

I am still looking for answers... any sort of help would be appriciated

Hi johnben,

Which model and operating system are you using? If XP have you installed the Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio - KB888111 prior to installing the audio driver?
