TouchPad Freezing

Hi,

I just recieved a new windows 8 sony vaio e-series 14P laptop(can be found in sony store online) which i bought customised from the sony store online. Im just wonder if anyone else has had a problem where their TouchPad/TrackPad would stick and freeze at random times? It will work fine a lot of the time and then every 5 mins or so it will behave tempermantally for a few mins. When i use my external USB mouse there are no problems at all but i would prefer to have the touchPad working properly. It is an e-series model and the model number cant be found on sony e-support (probably because it is custom built). Has anyone who has had this problem been able to fix it? any help is much appreciated. I cant find any solutions to this online. The model number is SVE14A3C5E.

I have the smae issue with the same model but I don't know why?????

Also, some times right and left click are not respond
