I have Sony Vaio VPCEB3E1E and appears to me blue screen.

Please help me how to solve the problem?

Hi tedi4ka and welcome to the Sony Users Community forums.

It looks like a problem with the USB Hub driver. Do you have a USB Hub attached to one of your Vaio's USB ports or do you have an external monitor with USB Hubs? Do you get the same problem if you remove the Hub? Do you have an external USB mouse or keyboard?

When do you get the blue screen? Is it on shutdown or on waking from sleep?

Please give us as much information as possible.

As a start you can go to Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controllers and click on the arrow to the left to expand the category. Right-click on each Controller and choose 'Uninstall'. Reboot your computer to reinstall fresh drivers.

The blue screen appeared and before. Мy computer was reinstalled and again same problem 😞 😞
Is not associated with nor sleep nor anything. I work and suddenly stopped when he wants.
I only have a mouse, I thought that was it and I bought new mouse and still is.
One of my ubs damaged about 2 years and not use it. Is it possible it is?
