Sony VGN - TZ31WN - motion eye

When cleariing my computer I updated the Window soft ware to Windows 7 Ultimate

However the driver for the motion eye for the video camers no longer works.

I am having to use an external camera at present - how do I resolve the problem?

Hi Paul and welcome to the Sony Users Community.

Did you clean install Windows 7 Ultimate? There have been compatibility problems as Sony has not tested their drivers with W7U.

Have you reinstalled the original Ricoh Camera Driver ver 6.210C which can be found in the Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities here: -

The preinstalled Drivers are for Vista but the camera driver should work for all versions of Windows. There is only a 32-bit version.
