Function Keys not working in VAIO Laptop downgraded to Windows 7

My support guys did this for me, so I assume it was a clean install, etc. re: recos elsewhere, but my Brightness, Zoom and possibly F7 (LCD/screen) keys are not working.

The model is confusing as well... On the white Product Name label at the back it says: SVS13135CDB, but on the black MODEL label it says: SVS131E21L. I can't find drivers or any sort of support for those models here, as it says no results.

I'm not too technical, but I have installed DLL files and other drivers before, so can probably do this if someone helps me out.

Seems to be a common problem with the downgrade, so all help appreciated. Thanks!!

The reason you cannot find support for your model on this site is that is a USA/Canadian model. You will find support on the following site.

Unfortunately the drivers required for control of the Function Keys under Windows 7 (Sony Notebook Utilities) does not seem to have been released for this model and you will note from the guide that even if it was available and installed the Brightness, Monitor Output and Zoom Function keys may not work – this is common to all downgrades from 8 to 7.
