VAIO - Missing a few non essential items...

Hi there team.

I have been given a SVE-1511C11M & while reading Google hits I found you very knowledgeable guys & gals.

Issue #1 - I don't have the login password - wait it gets worse...

#2 - Looks like the default language is Dutch or German.

#3 - I don't have any recovery disks but do have a license.

#4 - can't tell if its win7 or 8.

On the positive side I have Win7 legit copy that I can use

But I don't know what's the best course of action to take?!

That's where you guys come in.
