Cannot Register Vaio - Cannot get repairs

Can anyone please help me

I bough a very expensive s series laptop from Qatar - where I worked. I have moved home to London and cannot register it.

The model name is SVS15136PAB

The laptop only exists on SONY ME. But when I try to register it, this model name doesnt appear. so I am unable to register.

My laptop, despite being only 2 months old, has discovered a fault and won't load windows 8. I bough alot of pre installed software. if I repair it via 3rd party i will almost likely lose all the software. But in order to repair it via sony i need to register it!! Can anyone please help?
