VGN-NR21M Marketing Tools has stopped working

Well a couple of weeks back my laptop showed the "Marketing Tools has stopped working", and since then this has increased to several times an evening. This is accompanied with "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly".

Anyone have an answer to solve this, I'm running Vista and I've Googled this problem and it would appear to be releated to Sony Vaio, any idea why would this should be?

Hope someone can offer a solution to this.

I've picked up a previous from Thalamus, a well detailed post. I got to the In Task Scheduler and Active Tasks, but as is said might worded differently from "Marketing Tools"... well there's nothing remotely similar unfortunately.

So I'll have to have a further look.
