    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently taken delivery of a Vaio Pro 13.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to register it online as the telephone number it suggests I call asks for my serial number and then states that it is not recognised and hangs up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the online registration it asks for my serial number which I have entered and it has accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It then asks for my extended warranty pack number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The warranty paperwork that came with the Vaio has 2 different numbers on it which are a 'warranty product code' and a 'warranty contract number'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried entering both of these but it just comes back with the message &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;The guarantee pack number entered does not exist.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;It seems impossible to actually speak to anyone at Sony so I am hoping somebody here would be kind enough to help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Many thanks in advance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
