bluetooth not working.

good evening all. i really hope this issue can be resolved.

Pcg-71211m this is the model of the laptop i have. now i use bluetooth on this laptop alot. all of a sufden my bluetooth keyboard stopped working. thought this was weird i tried the keuboard on my phone amd it worked. so i tried to re connect it to the laptop. after doing the install i was prompted to enter the code on my keyboard. up to thos bit great the keyboard is still working. once the install completes the keyboard shows up as a device for 5 seconds them its gone.

i searched for windpws updates found one for my bluetooth. installed rebooted same problem. now wjem i look underr network and sharing and then adapter setting bluetooth is shown as "not connected and has a red x". i cannot seem to get the bluetooth on

any idea?
