https://community.sony.dk/t5/pcs-accessories/sony-vaio-vpceb3c5e-motion-eye-webcam-not-working-or-in-device/m-p/1495914#M133041 <P>I have a VAIO VPCEB3C5E, the webcam, and most importantly on board microphone, do not work, I have reinstalled the OS from VAIO Care (return to factory) and it still doesn't work.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Also the fan is horrendously loud, in fact it sounds worse than an airplane, and reaches heat levels of 70'c, I have combatted this for some time by changing power management options and limiting power to the CPU so at maximum state it is only consuming 25% power.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My biggest problem I suspect is the motion eye camera not working nor the built in microphone, which I need/would like to work.
