Please can someone help.

I have purchased minecraft for my daughter but my computer wont run it for some reason. I have checked my drivers which say they are up to date. I have been onto intel website but it says it cant update drivers and i need to speak to computer maunfacturer.

The graphics card i have on the laptop is Mobile Intel (r) 945 express chipset family. I am also running windows vista home premium

my processor is Intel core TM2 CPU, Memory 2.00 GB, 32 bit operating system.

Not sure what more info i can provide. If someone can help it would be brilliant. I open the minecraft launcher, and get a black screen. I can hear sounds so somethings working, but nothing comes up on the screen.

Sony - can you help, or am i going to be forced to purchase another laptop?

Sadly, it appears that System Requirements for Minecraft only support Intel HD 3000 (Ivy Bridge) or later.

There are some claimed fixes out there if you Google the problem.
