Assuming the recovery partition is intact this should launch the recovery utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware that this process will wipe all personal data and third party software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the recovery is successful create your recovery media using Vaio Recovery Centre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My laptop will not recover itself? When I turn it on it instantly goes to &lt;STRONG&gt;windows error recovery&lt;/STRONG&gt; page giving me 2 options - either l&lt;STRONG&gt;auch startup recovery&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;start windows normally&lt;/STRONG&gt; have tried both and neither are recoverying system - keeps just returning to the windows boot manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dont think it came with any reovery disc as beleive recovery built in?? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest anything else I could try to recover system??? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
