However, the laptop did not recognize the built-in microphone, although in Control Panel &gt; Sounds &gt; Recording tap a microphone icon with jack information "ATAPI Internal Atapi Jack" is shown. I have performed various checks and tried to install the Realtek drivers provided by Sony for this laptop model but without any luck.
