      <title>Getting Vaio laptop pickup for repairs</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate any suggestioon from anyone. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PC stopped working. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So contacted Vaio Repair department. 3 times they have arranged for the laptop to be pickup for repairs. And 3 times they failed to turn up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions on how I can get this sorted would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

We can then raise this with Support.
