I am having trouble with computer in several ways;

1. screen goes misty and internet explorer says Not Responding, i have also had this message for other programmes.

2. sometimes the cursor moves by i.tself.

3. the screen goes black.

4.real time scanning turns itself off.

First thing to do is to run a full Anti-Virus Scan as the symptoms you list could be caused by a computer virus.

If the scan is clear come back and we can look at other possible causes.

I am experiencing all the same problems. They have been happening since i bought the laptop. Did you find a way to fix them?
