T Series Ultrabook Bios

I have a STV131A11M Ultrabook and want to access the Bios to enable VT and allow boot from USB, it was purchased pre-installed with Windows 8. I've searched the internet and have been advised to hit F2 at power up quickly and repeatedly but have had no success, any advise would be greatly appreciated

I understand that F2 to enter the BIOS is not an option with machines that came with Windows 8 pre-installed.

Hi,

F2 usually allows you into the Bios setting, but it may be different on some systems. Some systems are F8, so try a few of them. I know on my Sony Laptop, its F2 for Bios and F10 for my factory reset,

Check your user manual, should be alble to find it online.
