The connection was easily established and the picture was on the LCD TV straight away, but there was no sound! How do I get sound and vision on my TV rather then just the vision?</P><P></P><P>Before attaching the cable, I turned on my laptop then then turned on my TV and then attached the cable. I right clicked the sound icon and under sound&gt;playback&gt;I tried to change the setting from PC/Speakers to Digital Output Device HDMI but the latter remained grey shaded and had no effect on selection?
