    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any experience of dealing with SONY VAIO repair centre?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My dropped laptop was sent for repair, took 3 weeks and came back with a cracked screen. The issue is that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a. It did not have a cracked screen when it left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b. A new screen was not quoted when they recieved the machine (because it was not there) and when they quoted for the repairs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c. Dead pixels were quoted to me THE DAY before it was sent back - and its a crack, not dead pixels!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not getting anywhere with Customer Services, have paid my repairs in good faith and have a broken machine that is under 2 months old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I knew I should have bought a Mac - you would not get this service from Apple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony - you are an embarrassment. I am seeking advice as this is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
