Buy recovery CD?

Hi there,

Does anyone know how/where one would go about obtaining a recovery cd (for the OS) for a PCG-TR1MP? I'm finding the site a bit impenetrable...

You will have to contact Vaio-Link to purchase a new set of recovery DVD's..:smileysad:

I telephoned the VAIO support desk and ordered the disks, paying by debit card. Cost about £30.00

You can either telephone Vaio-link Monday-Friday between 08:00-18:00 (local time) See the help and support numbers here

Or

Via E-support , if you do not have an e-Support account then you'll need to register first see new to e-Support.

Otherwise, If someone has VGN-N11S/W model. please make a copy of recovery CD and send it to me. I will pay them via paypal.

Unfortunately you'll have to phone Vaio support to order your recovery disc set..:smileysad:

You can find the contact details for vaio support by either clicking Support at the top of this page or by using the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 1: Enter your vaio models serial number, which you should find on the bottom of your Vaio.

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch.

Then Click on the Out of Warranty tab, then Phone support.
