Accessing recovery center through vaio support?

I cannot access the recovery center through vaio support: i.e., start > windows help and support > vaio support > recovery.........but when I scroll down to either option, i.e., recovery center, create recovery discs, restore c drive, install programs and drivers and click on any of them nothing happens.( as in the attached file)

Can anyone else tell me how I can reinstall the omnifone music station or access the recovery center/ install progrmas and drivers?

windows 7 64 bit vaio vpcee2s1e

Have you tried accessing the Recovery Center using the ASSIST button as described in your Recovery Guide: -

Have you installed all the Updates (including Vaio Care) from here: -

http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/updates/index.aspx?l=en_GB&m=VPCEE2S1E_BQ

If it does not work when using these instructions, you will have to contact Vaio Support.
