VGN-AR51M Hinges

The left hinge broke after 14 months and now the right hinge has broke after 24 months.Contacted support and was qouted about £370 to fix what a joke,and I will never pay a premium again and buy sony vaio as these hinges are known to have problems.Anyway managed to source the 2 new hinges for £55 and now want to replace myself.Has any one any instructions how to dismantle to replace the hinges.Thanks
