The computer is used for the basics; Emails, simple games and videos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;SPAN _mce_style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;"&gt;8 times now, the computer for an unknown reason blanks the screen, then displays - "There is a fault" and roughly 30 seconds later the computer shuts down.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;SPAN _mce_style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;"&gt;It has been taken back to PC World each time and they just restore the computer back to factory settings. They claim there is nothing wrong with it, but are unable to explain why the fault keeps recurring.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;&lt;SPAN _mce_style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, verdana, arial, sans-serif;"&gt;Any help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
