Bluetooth problem - SVE1712C5E

I want to connect my phone (Sony Ericcson K800i) to my laptop's bluetooth to transfer files from the phone to laptop. I have previously been able to receive files from the phone but my 'receive file' button has disappeared. It also says my phone is offline, I have tried switching both bluetooth devices on/off and checked discoverability. I have removed and re-added my phone as a recognised device on my laptop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Still not got it working, any advice please

P.S. Bluetooth is Qualcomm® Atheros® AR3012 have updated drivers, disabled and re enabled, etc
