It has a USB hdd attached to store photos etc. Last week when I rebooted it tried to download a driver and failed. I had not attached any new devices. My external HDD stopped showing up in My Computer. I went into device manager and it says there is no driver installed for Mass Storage Controller. When i try to fix it through using Windows to find the right driver online it fails.
