You probably do not need to use it when you follow the instructions of the provider, but the tablet still does so when setting itself up, you have to overrule by blanking the entries out to fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been told, it is not a bug with talktalk specific - it happens with a couple of providers that do not need a pwd at SMTP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After some struggle i have finally found out how to set up emails on the Sony S tablet for my talktalk account over wifi. Given the struggle i had, i'd like to share it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony guidance is on &lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/SGPT111GB_S/tips-and-solutions"&gt;http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/SGPT111GB_S/tips-and-solutions&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;under 'my tablet cannot complete mail set up'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've followed this advice, combined with the talktalk advice to use port 25 for the incoming mail server &amp;amp; it works just fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited by: andykeene&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited by: andykeene&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
