Wierd frame around icons when using physic keyboard and point on icons

As title,there is appearing wierd green frame around app icon when I using BKB50 keyboard and move the pointer by touch pad.

I don't know how to fix this.

Hoping anyone can help me to solve this problem.

It looks like Talkback. Does the device talk to you when you click on icons?

Do you have to double click the icons for it to select them or is it just a single click?

No, just move pointer only.

@BorisZ,

Strange. It does seem like Talkback. If Talkback is disabled under Settings > Accessibility, then can you please start the tablet in safe mode and see if it does the same thing?

@BorisZ,

It would indicate that this is being caused by a third party app in that case. Sometimes putting it in safe mode is enough to resolve issues so restart the phone to get it out of safe mode. If it is still happening, you will need to identify the app that is causing it, then either update or remove the app.
