BKB50 Keyboard Issue

Hi, I had issues previously with this keyboard. The battery would die within a few hours of use even though it was fully charged. I tried resetting the keyboard now using the instructions I found in the user manual. After that, the indicator light on the keyboard goes off then comes back on when I release the switches and stays a solid white. Now I can't switch the keyboard on or off and I also can't connect it to my tablet because the pair button and the on/off button seem to have no effect. If I try to plug in the charger, the light does not change and whenever I try to pair through bluetooth my tablet can't detect it. I have also tried the NFC and it fails to connect. What is the issue here? It seemed to arise when I reset the keyboard by holding the bluetooth button and pushing down the power button for a few seconds.

The best thing to do would be to get in contact with your Local support so they can assist in getting the keyboard through to a service centre for assessment.
