      <title>Z2 SGP511 Netflix not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having problems with my Sony Z2 SGP511 tablet. Ever since I downloaded the new software update, 5.0.2, my Netflix app will not load. I get an error message, which is usually different every time. The most common message is: Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service.&amp;nbsp; Please try again later. (-1001).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried from multiple Wi-Fi networks, uninstalled and installed the app many times, and restarted the tablet.&amp;nbsp; I'm at a loss. Can I update to a newer software 6.0 without being prompted? Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to update firmware. Please check "Settings" and scroll down to bottom. Check if update is available. It worked for my old Z2 Tablet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
