I have been unable to login to my YouTube account on my TV. I am definately enetring the correct usedid and password. can anyone log in?

Remove the link between your gmail and youtube account, worked for me

i was having the same issue, but then i tried my email address, without putting
@gmail.com at the end, and it worked.

I have my youtube and gmail linked.

just wish it wouldn't log me out occassionally!

I had the same problem on my KDL-46EX505.

I could not login either with my youtube account nor with my google account.

My solution:

I removed the link to my google account from within youtube.

I made a new link to my google account (the same as before).

Now I can login with my google e-mail address (without "@gmail.com") and password.

Hi people,

Just to say I was having the same prob with a different bravia (KDL-EX723) however it was just a case of entering lower case sensitive text !
Press the red button on your remote control to swith to lower/upper case letters as indicated by the legend. For For the record I didn't have to enter the gmail.com part either and yes I am slow minded ...

In case anyone is still struggling with loggin in to YouTube on a Bravia smart TV, I've been locked out for about 4 months now, just got mine working again.

Could be a number of things, so try every step:

1: log in to your Google account, turn off two-step verification

2: Change your Google password.

3: Factory reset your Bravia TV (Hold 'up arrow' on remote, press 'Power Off' on the side of the set)

4: wait for TV to run auto-set up, go to YouTube App, sign in

5: sign in using your Googlemail email address & password, but ommit the '@googlemail.com' bit
