I have fibre optic broadband. When I try to access the Sony Entertainment Network on the TV, it takes 10 or more minutes to load. Then ,when I choose BBC I-Player that takes several more minutes to load. The I-Player selected programme to watch, loads and then after only 2 or 3 seconds it stalls and reverts to "Stop" mode. However, in the same room BBC I-Player loads immediately on my I-Pad and performs without fault. Any ideas to get the TV SEN to workmproperly would be gratefully received. Barry C

Hi there

A few things for you to try:

If your TV is connecting to your router Wirelessly, try plugging an ethernet cable in, and changing the network settings on the TV to wired.
If that doesnt resolve it, ensure that you have the latest firmware installed
If you have the latest firmware installed, and the problem is still occuring, try resetting the TV to Factory Default.
