KDL-NX710 working slow on the remote control

Hallo

I have just made the update for the new firmware. Now it is taking very long time when i press the button on the remote control, to there is a response on the television.

What can i do, any suggestions?

Hi there

The only suggestion at the moment, is to try a factory reset of the TV. Sometimes this clears any issues. You will need to re-input all settings again afterwards (ie Picture settings etc)
