Hi,

How can I disable X-Reality Pro? every five minutes its appering on the screen which is irritating.

If any one knows please let me know.

Hi there

I dont really understand whats going on here, any chance you can take a photo of the message on the screen? Also, this model TV is not a UK model - What country are you from?

There are two things I can think of here:

You have set the TV up in SHOP MODE - If so, you need to factory reset the TV and choose HOME instead.
Is it "Reality Creation" - If you press HOME, then goto > Settings > Picture Display > Picture Adjustments > Reality Creation - should be able to turn it off their. See HERE for more informaton.
