Unable to refresh internet content on KDL-32EX503 with internet dongle

Suddenly forced to refresh interent content which failed with a meaningless error message. broadband, wifi, tv working fine. Problem disppeared on doing a factory reset. Got recorder connected which has a factory reset in others but rather than risk losing recordings disconnected and used tv factory reset option.

Those error messages do generally give a hint of what the problem is - even though they appear meaningless

Reading through what you have wrote - is everything OK now, or do you require some assistance (as im a little unsure).

Thanks for response. This hard error condition was there for some days and was eventually cleared by the factory reset. Everything ok now. (except for a specific recorder problem which I may report)
