Bravia TV - 2 Screens

I just hooked up a new Sony Bravia 32 in Television and I keep getting alternating screens at top and bottom. I do not know if they are part of the TV set up or from the Cable Co. one is screen enhancer the other unknown.

This one is hard to give an answer to, are you able to post a photo of whats happening? As well as the model number of the TV. You might be in some sort of Picture-And-Picture mode (which is side by side), but never heard of Top and Bottom (except gaming).

I have thought about your problem today, and if its still happening, you might have 3D mode set to Over-Under? If so, ensure this is OFF.
