The pin for play memories on my Bravia comes up as incorrect when I know it's right. Is there a way to reset the pin, all I can do is deactivate the Bravia but when I reactivate it does not set the pin up again from new.

Does anyone know how to fix this.

Hi there

I have seen reports from others on other Sony EU country forums in regards to pin code error for play memories. I have reported this to Sony and hope to provide further information when it arises.

Hi there

This problem is still under investigation as others are also experiencing issues. However if you change your pin number it may work (its worked for me and a few others).

To do so, log into SEN:

https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/login.action?request_locale=en_GB

Go to Account, then Account Details. There should then be an option to reset you pin number.
