Cannot do factory reset - no physical buttons on TV

I am trying to update my kdl 502828b and need to do a factory reset.

The anual says I should hold the up button on the remote and press the power button *on the tv*

But the thing is, there are no physical buttons on my tv.

Is there any other way to do a complete factory reset?

There are physical buttons on your TV. See:

However, you can factory reset this way too:

Press the HOME button, then select [Settings].
Select [System Settings] → [General Set-up] → [Factory Settings] → [Yes] → [Yes].

After completing this process, the initial set-up screen is displayed.
