Impossible to do software update on KDL-40EX710

My KDL-40EX710 will not do software update from network nor from USB. The internet content is not either working. I have done a factory reset a few weeks ago, since the internet content was not available anymore. When trying to update the internet content, I get message: "Configuration failed while connecting".

Network set-up gives:

- Cable connection OK

- Local Access OK

- Internet Access OK

- Software version: PKG4.117EUL-0108

- Settings:

- System Update: On

When I have tried to do software update via USB, I have had a FAT32 formatted USB memory with following folder:

sony_dtv0FA00A00A0A0_00020100 and correct bin-file in the folder

Message "No applicaple update data was found" appears.

Could someone help me with getting software update working and internet content available!

After a long time, I tried once more to update the TV, but no luck this time either. Possible to get any support??
