Bravia KDL-43WE753 Wifi connection problems

I have just brought a new Sony Bravia smart TV, but I cannot get it to connect to my home wireless network ( BT Home Hub 6 ). It finds the network when I do a manual search I enter the correct password but it fails to connect. It also will not connect via the WPS button. I have updated the software via USB and tried powering down Hub and tv. Any ideas would be gratefully received

Hi @Radnor and welcome to the community,

Could you please check your WiFi channel (it should be below channel 12)? If you've checked this and you're still having trouble, it could be something to do with your router settings?
