I'm hearing rumours that the 40" Bravia 40RE453 will not allow you to watch one channel and record a different channel. Please tell me this isn't true. My current 10 year old Bravia will record 3 channels whilst I watch a different one (via the Virgin Tivo box). If true is there any way to fix this?

Hi @Iguassu55,

The KDL-40RE453 doesn't have a twin tuner, so you wouldn't be able to watch one channel and record another at the same time I'm afraid.

As a workaround, you could buy a Freeview recorder with a twin or triple tuner to go with your TV.
