Sound volume, not what I expected

Hi, I used to have a Panasonic with a surround sound system, could blow my windows out. I have apparently upgraded to a 4K sony tv with sound bar and bass box. I am unable to go beyond 50 on the sound so its not as good volume as the old tv. Any suggestions out there.

depending on the model of your tv you might have to do what i did and set up audio on the channel i was using. i had to change the equaliser to 12 11 10 12 10 11 12 and disabled auto volume i then set the offset to max.

my tv can be on volume level 4 and i can hear it, i am deaf in 1 ear and my sound bar has to be on volume 20 out of 50 i cant turn it up max as it rattles my windows.... i use the digital optical out on my soundbar but some can use hdmi via ARC.

for some reason i found the arc to have a very low volume output and it will not let me change it to enhanced for 4k either its why i switched to optical.
