Netflix unavailable on Sony bravia tv

Yesterday I tried to get on to Netflix and it said feature unavailable I tried refreshing the internet etc and still no joy please can any one give me a solution to my problem thanks in advance... Karen

I have the same problem - unable to access Netflix on my Bravia since 31/12/18. I called the support line and they said engineers were investigating the 2123 error code but @ 01/01/19 15:00, still not working - and the suppor line is not operational today. Can't find any update online.
