How can I update apps on Sony TV?

The Hulu app on my Sony TV won't work correctly - it's an outdated version. Is there any way to update the installed apps? My TV is model KDL-48W600B. Thanks!

Hi, Yes I tried a factory reset, but it didn't work. I've tried updating
the software too.
