BBC i player internet download failure.....

I have a KDL-42W829B tv last few weeks bbc iplayer has had problems loading, ofter (but not always) not doing so. Error message is "internet downlaod failured because content size exceeds system memory". I see there are historic posts on this subject and have tried switching off and refreshing as suggested but no luck. Anyone help or shed light. Thanks
