Sony DVD will not retain the channels

Each time I turn off the Sony RDR-HXD770 I have to retune the channels, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply, I haven't updated any firmware as when I tried to download the latest update from the Sony website as it is either not a supported file type or the file has been damaged.
