TV Apps not loading on Bravia 4K TV

I have an issue that has just started since beginning of 2022 on our Sony KD-49X7052 with the TV Apps (I Player, ITV Hub etc.) not loading using either Sony TV Controls & the Bose Controls. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc seem to be loading OK using Sony TV controls. Anyone else having this issue. Any fixes.

Hey,

Could you try to re-tune the digital aerial, and re-install YouView, maybe try to clear the cache and data and restart the TV from the mains and test it once more.
