    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you try to re-tune the digital aerial, and re-install YouView, maybe try to clear the cache and data and restart the TV from the mains and test it once more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TV Apps not loading on Bravia 4K TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue that has just started since beginning of 2022 on our Sony KD-49X7052 with the TV Apps (I Player, ITV Hub etc.) not loading using either Sony TV Controls &amp;amp; the Bose Controls. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc seem to be loading OK using Sony TV controls. Anyone else having this issue. Any fixes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
