Sony Bravia KDL-32V4500 forgets channel sorting

Hi experts,

Our Sony Bravia KDL-32V4500 from 2008 has begun to forget the channel sorting.

This January we had to search for channels, because the provider had moved them. After the search, I sorted the 30 channels as we want them to be.

Then suddently one day they again was sorted like after the search. I moved them back again.

And again a few days later, it was sorted like after the search.

Is there a small battery that need to be changed - just like on old computers or what can we do?

@MortenTheSonyUser Did you try to do some basic troubleshooting steps like unplugging the TV for 2-3 mins and disconnecting everything? If it doesn't work after that, you can do factory reset for the TV (page 27): https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/Z001/Z001785111.PDF

Now I have done what you wrote and I have searched for channals and moved one of them.

Now, I'll wait a few more days to see if that helped.

Since I disconnected the tv for 5 minutes and then reset the tv to factory settings, it seems to work fine.
