I am based in the UK. If I had an iPhone or Samsung, within 30mins of incurring a broken screen, it could be fixed promptly.
As a Xperia 1 V owner, my phone screen has been broken for a week, while I try in vain to get SSB UK, the authorised repair people, to simply sell me a new screen. Instead, I am repeatedly told I cannot, and that I just pay for Diagnostics which I do not require, and labour for the repair, which I also do not require.
Any help would be appreciated.
This will certainly be my last Sony phone. This kind of woe is simply not worth it.
