background app gets crushed

hi guys i am having a big issue on my Xperia 1 while using my  apps running in the background gets crushed automatically, need solution to fix it

In settings there is the power savings exception.

Maybe it helps to exclude your background app from power savings actions.

Is it a special app or a commonly used app.

These specially developed apps may be bad by design and not behave like they should.
