Hello,
I decided to try out the supplied ear buds and dongle whilst waiting for my new Bluetooth cans. However, I was very disappointed to discover that I got no sound, apart from main speaker. As I'm not at home presently, I can't say whether it's the dongle or buds that are at fault, or there's a setting that I've not spotted, or its a bug. Has anyone else had the same issue?

To reply to my own sudmission, I decided to restart the phone in safe mode, and lokking and behold ear buds sprung into sound, so, it looks like an application is causing an issue. The only one I can think of is Audible, so toz O will be uninstalling to see if it thatvl that is causing a rerouting of the audio path. TBC
